1. Eligibility for Refunds

Since our services involve digital 3D designs, refunds are available only under these conditions:

  • A full refund is available if the project has not started.
  • If work has commenced, partial refunds may be provided based on the progress made.
  • No refunds are given for completed and delivered projects.

2. Revision Policy

  • Clients are entitled to revisions as per their selected pricing plan.
  • If additional revisions are requested beyond the plan, extra charges will apply.

3. Cancellations

  • If a project is canceled before completion, clients will be billed for the work done up to that point.
  • If the cancellation occurs before the work starts, a full refund is issued.

4. Quality Assurance

We strive to deliver the best results. If you are unsatisfied, we encourage communication for revisions rather than refunds.
